Anel, Sports Therapist

Born in Mexico, and raised in Houston, Texas, Anel brings over seven years of massage therapy experience and over two years of experience working alongside chiropractors. She believes healing begins with compassionate care, intentional touch, and a commitment to helping people move with greater ease and confidence.

After relocating to Washington state in October 2025, Anel has been enjoying everything the Pacific Northwest has to offer. Outside of work, she loves slow hikes, has a growing collection of plants she's proudly nurturing, and is endlessly curious - always asking questions, seeking new perspectives, and finding joy in learning.
